Well here they are....my beautiful new eyebrows. Elke is a genius...she was so sweet and welcoming! I was staying on the upper east side and I made my way downtown and eventually to Brooklyn where Ms. Elke works in a salon. Her eyebrow bar is very much sought after and I am sure you can see why.
I don't have a lot of eyebrows to begin with (super thin Dietrich style over tweezed brows back in the 90's...don't ask!) they are fairly sparse as well. Elke managed to clean them up and fill them in just enough so that they were perfect! In addition to my great brows, I got some fantastic bath goodies.
The shop where the eyebrow bar is located is called SlopeSuds. The owner, Karla Miromov was telling me all about how they made the bath bombs so I just HAD to have one. I got one that smelled like chocolate (serious...). I used it last night...and honey...let me tell you my bath water was like hot chocolate milk. It smelled AMAZING! Karla told me that there is cocoa butter in the bath bomb (yummmy). So that when it dissolves, a layer of cocoa butter floats on top of the water, and when you get out of the tub you are coated from head to toe with a thin layer of cocoa butter!! Boy was she right. I also picked up the body cream in chocolate mint which is divine. So next time you are in New York please check Elke out at the eyebrow bar and grab some goodies at Slope Suds!
Stay Pretty!!

Sounds like you had a great time. Where are the pictures??? ;)

Hmm. I am heading up there in March and I think I might be asking Elke to bring me one (or more) of those cocoa butter bath bombs. Being drenched in cocoa butter makes this mommy's pregnant belly scream, "Yes please!"
