Fall 2008: Clinique Modern Matte

Ode to the new matte...not chalky or pasty looking like the mattes of the 90's.  Clinique's Fall 2008 Modern Matte collection includes Colour Surge Eye Shadow Stay Matte.  These shadows have a softer finish and have intense, buildable, easy to blend shades.  The shadows work on women of all ages because it defies creasing....Gotta love that right??

Colour Surge Eye Shadow Stay Matte - VERY smooth going on.  I like the darker shades right at the lash line (makes your lashes look thicker!) My favorites are Dark Plum, Sable, Dark Denim and Martini. 9 shades in all....

High Impact Lip Colour SPF 15 - LOVE this because it doesn't feel lipstick-y at ALL....very moisturizing thanks to Murumuru butter (I know, but doesn't it sound amazing??) and Pomegranate.  Long wearing, lasts up to 8 hours (mine topped out at 5 but I ate lunch with it on)  My favorite shades are Metallic Sand, Sassy Spice, After Party and Citrus Rose.  There are 20 shades in all click here for swatches.

I absolutely love the Clinique lipsticks, my favourites are Pink Glamour and Sassy Spice. I love the fact they last all day and that they don't smell or taste gross like so many others I have tried!
